Well, September is here—and so is Fort Garry Fire Trucks’ Annual Calendar Photo Contest!
Running since 2019, the contest has become a proud FGFT tradition. Each year we’ve seen more departments participate and stronger submissions, making the final vote tougher than ever. We know the 2026 calendar will be no exception!
The contest is open to any fire department that has had their new FGFT fire truck delivered between October 2024 and September 2025. Entries close at 5:00 PM CDT on Friday, September 26, 2025.
📸 Winners will receive:
A 12×18 metal print of their winning photo
Exclusive FGFT swag
A complimentary copy of the 2026 FGFT Calendar (featuring their winning image!)
Winners will be announced the week of October 1, 2025 on FGFT’s social media pages and eachwinner will be contacted by email.
📋 Submission Rules & Hints
Format: Photos must be landscape orientation and high resolution (file size greater than 2MB, max size 64mb).
Eligibility: Entries must feature fire trucks delivered between October 2024 and September 2025.
Judging Preference: Judges will pay special attention to:
Community pride shots – your department’s new truck posed in your town or city.
Action shots – your truck fighting a fire or flowing water during training.
Team photos – department personnel in uniform, posed in front of their new truck.
Truck Visibility: The entire truck must be in the photo. Head-on shots or partial views will not be considered.
Winners: If your photo is selected for the calendar, you’re a winner! You’ll receive your metal print, FGFT swag, and a calendar in time for Christmas.
Deadline: Entries must be submitted by Friday, September 26, 2025, at 5:00 PM CDT.
