BUSHMASTER Wildland Type 5

One Tough Truck. Ready for the Frontlines.

Purpose-built for the unpredictable challenges of wildland firefighting, the BUSHMASTER Type 5 is our answer to the demands of Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) response. Whether navigating rugged terrain or supporting frontline crews in high-risk zones, the BUSHMASTER delivers power, durability, and intelligent design in a compact and customizable package.

Performance That Goes Beyond the Road

Mounted on a Ford F-550 4×4 crew cab chassis, the BUSHMASTER is powered by a 6.7L V8 turbo diesel engine and 10-speed automatic transmission. With a 19,500 lb GVW and Founders M/T off-road tires engineered for traction and longevity, this unit tackles remote, off-grid environments with ease. Enhanced visibility through Whelen lighting and a NightRide Trailblazer thermal imaging system ensures safe operations through smoke, dust, fog, and darkness.

Designed for Safety, Versatility, and Year-Round Use

The BUSHMASTER is more than a wildfire truck—it’s a year-round asset. Its skid unit is fully removable, allowing easy conversion to a light rescue or utility vehicle. Interior layouts prioritize crew safety, with dedicated gear storage that reduces cross-contamination risks.
